One such enthusiastic visitor, Abhishek Neupane, came all the way from Jorpati to participate in the NADA EV Expo. Abhisekh who is planning to purchase an electric scooter said, "The electric era has already begun. I am also in the process of buying an e-scooter, hence, this expo has made it easier for me to choose one." According to him, this type of expo gives customers an opportunity to learn more about electric vehicles. Sharing similar views, Ram Narayan Bhandari from Kalanki has also decided to buy an electric scooter after visiting the expo.
Not only are the brands busy attending to customers, but they are also handling maximum bookings. According to Gokul Raut, Sales Manager - Super Soco Nepal, all units of Super Soco's newly launched electric motorcycles have already been booked.Similarly, commenting on the enthusiastic participation of the general public, Anup Baral - Chairman of the NADA EV Expo Organizing Committee, said, "We thought that the crowd would be less because it was only EVs, however, we have been overwhelmed by the number of visitors coming to the EV expo."Around 14 electric two-wheeler brands are participating in the ongoing NADA EV Expo 2022. The e-scooters brands participating in the expo are NIU, Super Soco, Ola Electric, Hero Electric, Joy, Yadea, Lvneng, Doohan, Segway, Aima, Tailg, Pure, Blueshark and Raymotors.
